The Live6Alliance has spent months developing the Resident Investment & Opportunity Fund (RIOF).
RIOF is a multi-year initiative designed to help residents build stability, preserve generational wealth, and access the resources needed to thrive. Through a more coordinated approach to resident services, the fund will support long-time and legacy residents by expanding access to critical programs that improve quality of life and strengthen household financial security. As part of this effort, Live6 is increasing its investment in:
- Owner-occupied home repair assistance
- Heirs’ property and title resolution services
- Estate planning support
- Property tax relief and assistance programs
- Financial empowerment and wealth-building resources
Income-qualified residents seeking support are encouraged to apply as soon as possible. Funding and program capacity are limited, and assistance will be provided on a first-qualified, first-served basis.
