SNOW REMOVAL

The Special Assessment District Committee retains a contractor to deal with the snow and ice.

• When there is prolonged snow accumulation amounting to three (3) or more inches, the contractor will push snow to the sides of our streets. Snow will not be physically removed from the streets.
• If required, intersections will also be salted.

The City of Detroit has a plan to provide street cleaning services during “snow emergencies.”
