Block Parties

UDCA membership funds support community block parties by offering a stipend to help cover associated expenses.

Applicants must reside on the block they wish to close.
Applications must be submitted at least 45 days in advance.
75% of neighbors on the street must agree to the single day closure.
Parties may be held between the hours of 10:00am and 10:00pm.
Applicants are held liable for pick up and return of street barricades, in addition to submitting a $75 Security Deposit.
No Alcoholic Beverages, Cannabis, or vendor/food & beverage sales or inflatables (bouncers) are permitted on public streets.
A copy of the approved permit application must be on-site and visible during the block party.
